Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Signs of Usage or Wear: Jewellery that appears used, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Minor Colour Variations: Slight color differences caused by lighting or display settings are not considered defects. However, if the product significantly differs from the website description, you may still raise a return request.

Important Note
Items purchased online cannot be returned at our retail stores, and likewise, purchases made in-store cannot be returned via our website.
