1. Shipping Information

a. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

b. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

c. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order on our Order Tracking page.

2. Shipping Costs

a. Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over 1000 Rs. For orders below this amount, standard and expedited shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

b. International Shipping: International shipping costs and delivery times vary. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

3. Returns & Exchanges

a. Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

b. Time Frame: You must initiate the return or exchange process within 4 days from the date of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

a. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

b. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).

5. Refund Process

a. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

b. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

c. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of  2-3% may be applied to returns that are not due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

a. Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 days of receiving the product with photos of the damaged or defective item.

b. Replacement or Refund: We will provide you with the option of a replacement or a refund for damaged or defective items.
